Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s CRM correspondent, will stop by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.

Hey High 5-ers! Here at the Help Desk we’re always looking to answer your burning questions and give you handy tips. This week we’ll focus on High 5 Casino Mobile for iOS. Many of our Facebook players have decided to also play on their iPhones and iPads, and if you want to join them, here are a few suggestions to enhance your experience.

1. How You Log In Matters

When you first enter High 5 Casino Mobile, you can log in using your existing Facebook or Play Real account, create a Play Real account, or just play as a Guest. We suggest one of the first two options, because a Facebook or Play Real account will allow your progress to be tracked across different platforms. That way, if your battery dies, you can just log onto your computer and pick up where you left off!

2. More Games On the Way

High 5 Casino Mobile launched with 8 games, and we’ve already added 13 more! Our development team is working tirelessly to get all of the H5G games you know and love onto our Mobile app. While you can currently only play 21 games on the Mobile version of High 5 Casino, you still have the ability to unlock any game and collect all your four-hour bonuses on your iPhone or iPad.

This is another example of how logging in via Facebook or Play Real comes in handy! If you unlock a game on High 5 Casino Mobile currently labeled as ‘Coming Soon,’ and you logged in beforehand using Facebook or Play Real, you can go to either https://apps.facebook.com/highfivecasino/ or http://www.High5Casino.net respectively and log in using your account information. There, you’ll be able to play all of the games that you’ve unlocked!

3. Cut Down on Loading Times

The incredible art design that makes our games so dynamic can also make them load slowly at times. To ensure you’re loading High 5 Casino Mobile as quickly as possible, we recommend that you stay logged into a wireless network. We also suggest that you have your system updated to the latest iOS, and that you download the latest build of our app. You can update your iOS by going into ‘Settings,’ then ‘General,’ then ‘System Updates.’ You can update High 5 Casino Mobile under the ‘Updates’ tab in the App Store.

  1. We will all welcome this with open arms, as I have also replied to players having issues of their games not loading-playing smoothly-etc, so this will come from someone in an Official capacity helping players.
    I have suggested a couple things and hopefully they get integrated into this Blog for which I directed it, but, Thanks so much for this Blog, STS and H5g Casino’s
    Players complain about not paying out, but, if they were to play these EXACT slots in Vegas, Reno, or others Real casino’s, they would see they pay out exactly the same.
    I love the opportunity to play and practice on real machines before I go to my monthly trip to Vegas. Great Learning tool for ll.

  2. having tons of issues with spins and loading..start out with 7500 pts and go down to 0 in 2 minutes playing 1.00/spin..cannot afford to keep purchasing points when I receive nothing back. very sad…

I took a survey and after the survey it tells you to go to a link to receive 5k in free coins I went to the link and no coins I tried both links a few time I had to talk the survey about 5 times just to make sure I wrote it down right and kept trying to no avail I play these game every single day you can check the log record and buy a lot of coins but don’t tell my wife.

  10. high5games aill not come on it keeps saying I an using the wrong e-mail or wrong password. why is this because I have been using the same for years please see if you can get this corrected. thank you

  11. I was playing Big Chase and got free spins then free spins again. I was up to #130000.00. The game continued to spin, but did not decrease spin number. I could not get out and did not get credit for the free spins. I had to exit completely to stop it and get out. It is one of my favorite games. When it was spinning, it was not tallying the points correctly.

  12. I logged onto High 5 to collect my coin’s. And lucky me had 184,467,440,736,748,400 coins. This might be wrong. As much as I would like to keep these coins, the game would not let me play them. I think a few zeros need to be removed. Level 183

    • i am dealing with the same issue today (9/6). I got the game finally but still have 33 spins that are frozen. Makes me upset andI to be able to spin again! Like now.

  13. I bought $18.00 in coins, and it charged me twice and gave me double what I ordered. Then I started to play, at $5000. a spin, and it somehow jumped to 295,000 a spin and took all my newly-purchased coins away. I am very upset. Is there any recourse to this? I know I didn’t change that bet to that high amount.

  14. I was playing the new release on High 5 games when I was disconnected due to technical problems on your end and when I reconnected I was not credited with any credits although I had just hit the free game spin and had selected 18 free games.
