Hey there, High 5-ers! I hope you’re all settling into the dog days of summer. This week I’ve got some tips to improve your experience on High 5 Casino for iOS.
1. Make sure you’re logged in
If you regularly read my column, you’ve probably heard this before, but it bears repeating because it’s so important. If you’re playing as a Guest, and your user session gets interrupted for any reason, you’ll lose all of your hard-earned progress. To keep this from happening, make sure you’re either logged into a Play Real account or connected to your Facebook account.
2. If you aren’t logged in yet, create a Play Real account
If you’ve been playing as a guest, then you’ll need to create a new Play Real account to retain your progress. You can do this by selecting the menu button in the top right-hand corner of the page, then selecting ‘Log Out.’ This triggers a pop up asking you to create a Play Real account, so just follow the prompts.
3. To help solve loading problems, try rebooting your device
If you’re having loading problems, and you’ve already checked your internet connection, closed all other open programs, and checked for updates, try rebooting your device. This is something you can try to help resolve loading issues for any number of apps on your phone – not just High 5 Casino for iOS.
