Hey Karen, if you were playing as a guest, guest progress is only stored during one user session and is lost if the session is interrupted.
Logged onto Hi5 on my tablet yesterday and there was a message stating there had been a disconnection issue – I inadvertently clicked that I wasn’t a member and Hi5 reinstalled which meant I lost all my winnings – can this be rectified?
