Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s CRM correspondent, will stop by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.

If just closing your tabs and clearing your cache isn’t cutting it, and you want to get into our beautiful games even faster, try re-installing your Flash player. Finally, we’ve found that High 5 Casino and Shake the Sky perform the best on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, so if you haven’t already, we suggest you try playing our games on one of those two browsers.
2. Avoid Slamming
Repeatedly hitting the space bar or the spin button while the reels are in motion can cause the animations to skip, which may result in Flash errors and loading issues down the road. While it can be fun to feel like you’re stopping the reels mid-spin, our games will load more smoothly if you let the animations finish before hitting spin again.
3. Show Us Your Issue!

You can take a screenshot by holding down the Alt key then pressing the PrtScn key. I’m having an issue high 5 locked up. I had 80 free spins . When I spun it it said unlock free game but I already have all games unlocked. So now it keeps going to a screen sorry please unlock your free game. It won’t let me go to settings to submit the form. It has my free coins available I have about 300,000 points but I touch the screen all over and it does nothing. I’ve shot my device off turned it back on still the same. Please help thank you

I see I’m not the only one who can’t login to high 5. What’s going on. Is it going to be fixed soon. I also followed directions for 1 m coins
I have tried multiple times to receive the 1 million free coins using all steps outlined and the surveys and have never been able to complete anything to receive the 1 million coins. Is this a scam by another company or is it actually hooked-up to High5 games? When trying to complete the surveys I end up on pages that are deadends or I am told to do another survey. High5 is my favorite casino website, have played continuously since I downloaded it through facebook and have purchased credits just so I can keep on playing when I am having a good time. If this 1 million credits is legit then how do I receive them? I’ve gone through these steps four different times on different days and still nothing. I think I’ve done enough on my end to satisfy all these vendors on the site I would just like my “free” 1 million coins. Can you help me or am I being scammed by these survey vendors? Thank you.

Everytime that I finally hit a free game the game just locks up, this has been going on for 2 days now, I have to close HIGH 5 and then log back on, the first couple of times it happened there was a message that my account had been credited with the points and sorry for the interruption, but now it still locks up but my account never gets credited any points. Just happened on Night Wolf and happened earlier on White Falls. Why is this happening? I love love love your games but I feel like you don’t want to pay out the free spins????!!!!
