Hey there, High 5-ers! I hope you’re all having a wonderful first few days of spring! This week, I’m going to answer some common questions, and hopefully resolve some confusion, about a few of our payouts.

1. How Does the Lobby Slot Pay Out?

The lobby slot is the main way to unlock new games, but it can also help you rack up H5C or STS cash. If you get three 7s, 5s, or symbols from a game you’ve already unlocked, then you win some credits. Your payout relates to your player level – the higher your player level is, the more H5C or STS cash you’ll get for every win!

2. The Cat Prince Multiplier

Cat Prince offers players the opportunity for huge wins with its multiplier feature. If any of the major symbols (the two cats, the staff, the necklace, or the Cat Prince himself) covers the entirety of any three or more consecutive reels, and is part of a winning combination, then a 2X, 3X, or 5X multiplier is awarded. Careful, though! The wild symbol is not a part of this feature, so to get the multiplier you must cover the reels entirely with an actual major symbol — the wild cannot substitute.

3. Dream Beauty Left to Right/Right to Left Payouts

The specific symbol for the Dream Beauty pays out for winning combinations starting on the far-left reel and moving right, and for winning combinations starting on the far-right reel and moving left. However, this special feature only applies to the princess. All other symbols only pay out when they are part of a winning combination that begins on the far-left reel.

  1. since you changed the game AGAIN yesterday, I cannot get anything on the spins I receive after waiting 3-4 hours for it. When you made the first change at the beginning of the week, I was at least getting the padlocks once in a while, but now nothing. It is a big bummer since I really enjoy this game. I am unemployed right now, so I cannot afford to pay for extra play. Although I have paid alot in the past. Can you please check my game and see if something is wrong. Thanks alot

  3. I enjoy playing the games and I did have issues with my computer kicking me off the internet but we have wifi and it might be better for some people I they had their computer hardwired. Just a note.

  5. I play every day High 5 games but at the time I build my chips up so I can play more credits the games takes the credits away very fast.I really enjoy the games but the bounus rounds are few and far between before they come up.

  6. With this Help Desk, and the Help button on the actual app, I’m not sure where to post a technical question. I’m using Chrome (supposedly auto updates for flash), and have Windows 7. If there is a win in Secrets of the Forest, the graphics hang horribly until I hit spin again. In one of the posts on the blog, it recommended letting the graphics play out. Is there any way to speed this game up? It’s the only one that hangs so badly. I’m unable to change the settings at the top of the game screen. The option shows, but it can’t be changed.

  7. I’m getting a connection problem all day today on my computer, I have missed my 8am, 12 noon and my 4:00 spin, all because of connection issues. It keeps saying try again later. All my other casino games are working, which leads me to think that it is something wrong with High 5. I don’t see a troubleshooting page or anything, HELP.

  8. How about hiring some competent people so that when it’s time for bonus collections, people can actually LOG INTO YOUR SITE! You’re CHEAP anyways on your so called “FREE PLAY BENEFITS” and then when we miss out collecting, it’s our tough luck. YOUR COMPANY NEVER OFFERS REIMBURSEMENTS to players for all the screw ups when we can’t log in to collect. YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS offer excuses or worse yet, place the blame on the players as if we ALL HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR COMPUTERS AT THE SAME TIME. I belong to a High 5 group and I can tell you that the majority of the people from the group are about to delete you as if you cease to exist. YOUR COMPANY is nothing but full of lies, cheats and one of the MOST MONEY HUNGRY corporations I’ve had the sad privilege to be associated with.
