Hello, High 5-ers! Happy April! This week, I want to give you some tips to improve your experience on High 5 Casino Mobile for iOS.
1. Logging into Facebook
If you’re having issues logging into Facebook on our mobile app, then check to make sure that your permissions for our app are turned on. To do this, go into your mobile device settings, and scroll down to Facebook. Select Facebook, and then flip the toggle switch next to High 5 Casino to ‘On,’ if it’s not turned on already. Once that’s finished, go back to High 5 Casino Mobile, try to connect to Facebook again, and your issue should be resolved.
2. Force Quitting Freezes
If your H5C Mobile app freezes, or you experience a gameplay issue, you may want to try force quitting your app and then opening it again. To do this, double tap the home button (the round button at the bottom center of your phone), and swipe the app screen up. When you restart our app, your issues will hopefully be resolved.
3. How to Change Bet and Autoplay
High 5 Casino Mobile is formatted a little differently than the H5C canvas app. To change your bet on the mobile app, tap the section in the top right hand corner that lists the number of lines you’re betting and your bet per line. This will open up a menu where you can customize your wager.
To set your game on autoplay, hold down the spin button for a few seconds. To turn autoplay off, tap the spin button again.
