Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s CRM correspondent, stops by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.

How’s it going, High 5-ers! I hope you’re staying dry — it’s pretty rainy in our New York office this morning. This week I’ve got some advice on how to collect H5C and STS rewards, and how to avoid scams.

1. Remember to like and share

First, make sure that you like High 5 Casino’s official fan page and Shake the Sky’s official fan page on Facebook, so that our rewards posts will come up in your newsfeed. Whenever we have a promotion for free coins or spins, remember to like and share that post, so other High-5ers get to share in the offer as well.

2. Our official app pages are the only places we offer rewards on Facebook

If a page other than the official H5C fan page or the official STS fan page claims to have an offer for H5C or STS, do not click on it. Unfortunately, scam pages have been popping up across Facebook, with fake links that often contain viruses.

All of our promotions will also come in the form of official posts — we won’t post links for extra credits in the comments section. So, to be safe, only click on links from official posts on our official fan pages.

3. Make sure emails are from us before clicking on them

All of our emails come from email@news-h5g.com. You should only click on emails from that domain, and you may want to add that address to your address book.

If you’re worried about an email, feel free to forward it to us at support@h5g.com to make sure it’s legitimate before clicking on it.

If you do click on a link from a third party not affiliated with High 5 Games, you should run a virus scan on your computer immediately — as I mentioned before these scams are often accompanied by malware.

  1. I would hope that High 5 would start back giving your spins back that u suppose to get when you win. I dont feel its fair to change it and High 5 should increase the money that you buy like Shake The Sky since we have these high limit games. Thank You

    If I were CEO of HIGH 5, there are many things I would do differently then the current CEO

    1} I would take the BEST of both worlds on the lobby spins, I would leave the 3 FREE SPINS each time you leveled but also leaving the new bonus’s from the upgraded lobby spins also with a 40% chance of winning on each spin.

    2} I would REMOVE the current reduction on the level’s, meaning, no matter what level your at, the odd’s of winning are the same from level 5 or level 500

    3} I would REDUCE the prices of extra coin packages by at LEAST 50% to bring the site in line with all the other casino sites on Facebook, you can bring in more business with sugar and honey then you can with vinegar

    4} I would order ALL canned messages removed from the site and give the modarators the freedom of FREE MINDED thinking, be MORE customer friendly

    5} With ANY contest that HIGH 5 would hold, the prizes would be worth your wild in playing, NOT like the current prizes that IF you would win, ALL YOU get is a small 3,000 coins { Which is ONLY 2 free spins on the HIGH LIMIT slots }

    6} At least 1 time a month, I would make myself available to the fan base to answer ANY question they may have, NOT HAVE PRESELECTED questions easy to answer

    7} I would FREE UP ALL the slots on the site, therefor hoping to give you more time to play our slots, NOT the way it is now giving you { IF YOUR LUCKY } 15-30 minutes play time, MY GOAL would be to have you playing OUR slots ALL THE TIME and OFTEN and of course, spending money for more coin packages on our site

    8} Out of ALL our paying fan base, I would RANDOMLY pick 5 a month and REWARD them with a $250.00 coin package and for our non-paying fan base, I would RANDOMLY pick 5 and REWARD them with a $100.00 coin package

    9} When a sale is held on HIGH 5, It would be a TRUE sale…either 50% off the prices or a 3 for 1 sale…AGAIN…you can earn more business with sugar and honey then you can with vinager

    There are a few more things I would also change on the site to make it MORE fan friendly

  6. This is great information but not everyone on the fan page comes and visits your blog. You should have a warning banner pinned to the top of your fan page. Secondly, how are your international customers going to know about this since they don’t speak English.

  7. I have not been able to play in about two weeks. I bring up the casino,then it goes right back off. This happened for a couple of months once before.please help me. Barbarar

  9. I am unhappy with the changes on High 5. My games were shown as the most wins to the least. Now they are all mixed up. Also, not able to play bonus games. I do get the points, but don’t to personally have the fun of doing it.

  10. bonus awarded failed would like to be compensed for bonus wins: 1. THUNDER ROAD, 5-17-17 at 4:20am, bonus rounds froze, would not go to bonus round. 2. ROCKABILLY BABE, 5-17-17 at 4:20 pm, bonus round froze again., would not advance to bonus round awarded, I paid 20.00 on 5-16-17, on my credit card, I.D. no# 1288532257930974, I would like to be compensated for these wins not able to play.
