Click the ‘Invite a Friend’ coin at the bottom of our Facebook app, and then select which one of your friends you would like to invite to join H5C. For every friend that accepts, you will get 1,000 H5C credits!

2. Social media channels

Every week, we do several different promotions on our Facebook and Twitter pages. Make sure that you like our fan page on Facebook and follow us on Twitter so you don’t miss out on a single giveaway!

3. Exclusive email offers

We also send players exclusive freebies via email. We suggest that you add email@news-h5g.com to your address book to make sure that you get all of our promotions.

  1. Hello there! How do you take a snapshot of your winning page when you play on a laptop? Or mobile phone?? I know how to do it on my desktop computer but cannot do it on my lap top and I always get inspired when I see other people’s wins so I should post some of my own too.

  2. For the last few weeks, each time I activate the bonus game or get the three mystery prize symbols in Hi5 and Shake the sky the bonus area does not load. I have updated flash, tried different browsers and nothing seems to work. Is this a known issue?

  3. Something is wrong at your Shake the Sky site. All I get is the background screen. I was on the site about 18 hours ago and it was fine, but since coming home about 6 hours ago I just get the background screen.

    I love the games and have been a loyal player a loyal player for about 1 1/2 yrs. I have also paid to play.

    My dilemma is. I have reached level 100+on all 99 games and have no incentive to play.

    Would you consider raising the amount awarded for levels reached over 100 from 70 to whatever? I do want to play.

  5. Hi Love Hi 5 also, but find the newer slot games being high limit are making my coins go faster, There has to be more incentive to play raising either the 4 hour coins bonus or some other way or players will soon give up playing

When you had the Daughters of the Revolution giveaway,I played and leveled up 10 or 11 times,but I didnt get any of the coins you gave away.I have bought packages several times and haven’t seen it help me too much,either as other people I know don’t buy and are a higher level and usually have more money.I would like to see more of an advantage to buying packages.

  9. My IPAD Mini has not been loading the High 5 Casino lately (been this way for 3 days now). It is stuck on loading. Movement goes to the third dot after the word “loading”. . . and starts over and over again. I’ve shut down but it does no good. I’m writing this from my HP computer at home.

    • We’re sorry this happened to you. Please contact our support team for assistance via the High 5 Help Center. It can be found in the ‘Settings’ menu at the top right hand corner of the casino and then choosing ‘Help’. You can simply click on the ‘Submit A Request’ button at the top right hand corner of High 5 Help Center. Fill out the form and a customer care representative will email you as soon as possible.
