Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s CRM correspondent, stops by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.
Howdy, High 5-ers! Can you believe it’s August already? Summer is flying by! This week I’m going address a few questions players asked me after my last column.
1. Faster loading
Last time, a player mentioned that she cleared her web browser’s cache and had her resolution set to LOW, but the app still loaded slowly. If you aren’t already, I suggest that you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. You should also make sure that you don’t have too many browser tabs or windows open at once.
It’s also important to note that if you play High 5 Casino or Shake the Sky for several hours, your game can slow down. Simply closing and re-opening your browser can solve this problem.
2. Avoiding spam links
Last time, a player asked how to tell whether a link on was spam or legitimate. We only post promotions from our official High 5 Casino and Shake the Sky Facebook pages; if the link was not posted by our page, or was put in the comments of one of our posts, it’s probably spam.
We also only send promotional emails from the address email@news-h5g.com, so we suggest that you add that address to your address book and avoid promotions from any other address.
3. Following up on a win
Last time, a player asked what to do if they were not awarded properly for a win. First, I suggest that you double-check the game’s paytable to make sure you had really won. If you still believe that the win was not properly awarded, take a screenshot of it and email us at support@h5g.com. We’ll be happy to look into it further.

No fix on the iPad. Hoping an update comes before I delete the app. Desktop eventually sorted itself out. Had to refresh the page after pushing the “log in” button to get it to work. Using Firefox on Windows7 desktop. Have no intentions of putting app on my Samsung phone until iOS app is sorted.
What is the fix? Where are the responses? I’m using a laptop with vista web browser Chrome
Ever since you went down for maintenance I can’t get High 5 to come up. All that comes up is a blank page on the site. What did you do???

Why, after updating the app on my iPad, the game is stuck on loading both on my iPad and my desktop? It’s really frustrating and tempting to just delete the app altogether.
I got my four oclock credits on my phone and went to get my 8 oclock credits on my desk top and it did not have my 4 oclock on there why is that

It would be nice if they would open more games at once not only one game st a tme and more often it takes to long for them to open games.
