Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s customer-care correspondent, stops by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.

Hello there everyone! I hope you’ve had a wonderful couple weeks – I can’t believe it’s almost October! This week, I’m going to walk you through some of the latest High 5 Casino Mobile updates.

1. Upgrade to Play Real even faster

For those of you playing as guests at High 5 Casino for iOS, it’s now easier than ever to upgrade to a Play Real account to store your progress! Simply tap on the menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the app, and select the ‘Upgrade to Play Real’ option.

2. Go straight to Shake the Sky and Video Poker

Our new and improved menu also makes it easier to switch between our apps on both iOS and Android. If you select the menu and scroll to the bottom, you can choose to launch the Shake the Sky app or the High 5 Casino Video Poker app!

3. Identify mobile games

Now, when you’re deciding what game to unlock on iOS or Android, you’ll never have to worry about inadvertently unlocking a game only available on desktop! All of our desktop-only games are now marked with a ‘Play on Desktop’ banner even when locked.

  1. I am wondering when the app will be fixed to run on Samsung Galaxy S3? When I try to install the app, I get an error message saying my device isn’t compatible with this version. My phone has android version 4.3 which is sufficient to run this app. Please reply regarding this matter. Thanks

  2. I can’t locate the app or the tool that will allow me to sort the games on my desktop. They were all jumbled up about two weeks ago and I can’t get mine back into the default display by game level,, which I prefer. Can you change so the current default is by game level?

  3. I tried to pick up my points on Facebook last night just as I finished on Real Games and it froze up and wouldn’t let me pick up my points or spin my free spins, it was about 2am.

  4. Hard to find tech support. I have been playing over a year and 3 days ago game asked to log into Facebook and won’t. Message comes up to go to settings and turn on Facebook to “ok” settings. It has not allowed me to sign on through Facebook. Frustrated as I am at level 125 . I have alot of time invested and hope tech support can rectify.

  5. I understood that when I reached game level 150 on Captain Payback, I would get a bonus of 150,000 coins. I reached 150, and then I got to level 151, and still no bonus for reaching game level 150. I am getting pretty chagrined at being promised something, and then having you not follow through. Up until now I have been pleased with your app, and love the new things that are always on tap, but you promised me 150,000 coins, and I did my part……now it’s your turn!!!

    • Hey there, we’re sorry for the confusion. Please note that you need to reach PLAYER LEVEL 150, not GAME LEVEL 150, to receive the 150K free coin reward. We hope this clears things up!

  6. Ok, I posted what my problem was I was told To go to support@high5 I think that is where I am. I went to the link they gave me in their response. I will repeat what I have done. I have played on my Kindle idle Fire for a long time. I have cleared my cache and data. I can’t load the game, it goes to load page then it takes me completely out. Won’t Load! Any ideas?

      • Been there done that. I have been working with someone from the helpdesk. We still can’t get it to work. I uninstalled and installed again, that didn’t work either. I have been playing on my Kindle for a long time. It just seems odd to me I can’t get it to work now. Thanks for the suggestion.
