Every couple of weeks Elaine, High 5 Blog’s customer-care correspondent, stops by to discuss ways to optimize your High 5 Casino and/or Shake the Sky experience.

Howdy folks, and happy Friday! How’s October treating everybody? This week I’m going to highlight some of the new features at High 5 Casino on Facebook.

1. Check out the biggest wins

It’s now easier than ever to check out all the big wins happening at High 5 Casino because we’ve added a feed to the left side of our app that shows real wins from your fellow High 5-ers! If you’d rather focus on your own game, that’s easy too: just click ‘Hide’ on the big wins feed, and you can do your own thing.

2. Find games faster

We’ve added a new sorting feature to High 5 Casino that gives you the option to sort games several different ways. In addition to sorting by game level, you can now sort alphabetically, by latest releases, featured games, or even by High Limit games.

3. Contact us within the app

Most High-5ers know they can reach the customer care team by emailing support@h5g.com, but you can now contact us even faster. Click ‘Report/Contact’ in the right-hand corner of our Facebook app, and then select to send a message to the developer. You then compose your message, leave an email where we can respond to you, and press send.

  2. I find it difficult to believe that my game would stall at the onset of a bonus, then after I reset the page and game (Perfume Adore), my bonus paid only 9000 on a 6000 bet. Why does it not go to the beginning of the bonus so I can play the bonus? It should not be up to your system to figure that out. If you are willing to cede control of stopping the reels to the players, then the reset of the bonus should be no different.

  3. I’ve had trouble loading my game most of the day today, Friday, June 30th. Did you have website issues? I don’t usually have a problem. I’d tried everything from refreshing the site to restarting my computer and nothing worked.

    • Hi Millie, we were experiencing an issue but everything is working properly now. If you’re still having trouble on your computer please try clearing your browser’s cache by holding down CTRL, SHIFT, DELETE on your keyboard and choosing to clear the cache and cookies and restart your browser. If you’re having trouble on your iPhone or iPad, press the home button twice quickly and then swipe up to close the apps you have open. If you’re having trouble on your Android phone or tablet, please visit this website for further instructions: http://www.wikihow.com/Close-Apps-on-Android. We hope this helps!
