Hi Kevinthe Empress of the Nile has a reserved banner on it because it can not be unlocked via the lobby slot. It can only be unlocked by completing Part 1 of the Empress Quest. All you have to do is level up The Empress Josephine and Empress of the Nile to GAME LEVEL 100! Good luck!
